PictureYou've always had the power, dear.
 .

Look no further than in your very own heart for the power to change yourself, your family, your community, and humanity.  Divinity lies within us all.  We must work hard to self-cultivate and rely on ourselves to change our world .
I was fortunate enough to attend the Boston Pangu Shengong teacher lectures.  Below is a paraphrased excerpt from the last 15 minutes of Lecture #1.  I feel that Master Ou spoke directly about how each individual has the power to make extraordinarily positive changes.

Around the world getting a modern education often involves a limited and narrow minded purpose --to find a good job.  With this limited goal you will never be able to master knowledge at a high level.  This mindset is similar to learning Pangu Shengong with the idea that you will triple your income.  Instead, put Pangu Shengong (kindness) first in your daily life.  Understand that it is important to make changes to your heart and soul since modern education is limited.
2,000 years ago, the ancient Chinese were well aware that they shouldn't lead lives based on self interest.  The purpose for education was not only to focus on oneself. The education system taught people the importance to satisfy other’s needs by: respecting others, respecting “the great nature”, learning how to handle good relationships with everyone, maintaining harmonious relationships with everyone, and helping people.

Help others around you by having the common goals of a harmonious society and a better environment.  Contribute, instead of complaining that others have more than you.  Instead keep helping others.  This type of education created people with high morals and an open mindset.  Confident and calm people cared for one another with an open and happy mind.  Anytime you can respect others and the great nature, do it.  This will also help you learn efficiently.

So, how do you self-cultivate and bring ancient Chinese education to the modern world?  Let me count the ways!
  1. Please attend this Saturday’s Qi-Gong-Athon and donate to Golden Hill Foundation’s start-up fundraiser.  The money raised will go towards Energy Adjustment and Pangu Shengong Instruction Scholarships for Disadvantaged Children and their Families. (Moving Form Class required.)
  2. Make it a habit to attend group practice where you can cultivate with others in an extremely empowering qi field. (Moving Form Class required.)
  3. Attend Pangu Yoga classes that will restart after the new year.  Learn Pangu Tai Chi.
  4. Take a group moving form class.  Erin Tracy is offering one this month on the evening of the 15th.  Or, contact any of the teachers in the Triangle area to set up an appointment to learn.
  5. Plan to attend this month’s guided healing meditations.
  6. On Monday, November 21st at 7pm, I will offer an hour long discussion about Harmonious Holidays with Pangu Shengong Theory.  I will give you a bullet point list handout on how to maintain harmony. Everyone is welcome. Take advantage of my knowledge that I have gathered while studying and practicing Pangu Shengong for almost 6 years. It is an honor for me to help you.  At the end of the discussion, I will send everyone qi for a soothing weeknight energy adjustment.
Change happens in one heart at a time and then your sincere kindness becomes contagious.  Our community offers so much for you to make great changes to yourself, your family and all of humanity. Today is the day to choose to cultivate kindness!  Click here for the local Pangu Shengong calendar.
