Happy New Year!

In 2016, I lost Betty while I was hustling for a peaceful, independent life. Whew, that was difficult! Globally, humanity experienced an extremely tumultuous year which, at times, made me feel angry, scared, panicky and lost.  

Despite all of the difficulties, I hold Betty's memory close while my heart overflows with gratitude for all of my dear friends and family.  My young friends, cousins and nephews bring me SO MUCH JOY.  I notice nature's beauty and I'm constantly inspired.  I look forward to being self-reliant as my legs improve more and more.  I believe in the power of loving, kindness more than ever.  2016 showed us that the alternative is chaos.  Who wants that?

Life is beautiful, full of love and a million moments of peace.  Everyday, I choose to focus on love, peace and beauty.  I can't wait to witness Golden Hill's evolution as we help children in the Triangle.  Who will I meet?  Who is my publisher?  Who are my new qi gong students?  Who all will I help?  To those of you that I've already helped, what an honor and a privilege it was for me.  Thank you!  Oh...I can't forget to add, I got myself a June Bug who keeps me busy, busy, BUSY! ​ Love Her!
